Meet…Tim Bottrill, Owner and Founder of Colloco
When it comes to commercial property in Sheffield, Tim Bottrill is the go-to person.
As well as being the founder owner of Colloco, a leading commercial property agency in Sheffield, Tim is also Chairman of Sheffield City Chamber’s Sheffield Property and Regeneration Committee (SPARC) and a Board Member of Sheffield Property Association.
Tim has been involved with Sheffield’s commercial property scene for 25 years and established Colloco in 2017.
He said: “Sheffield is my home and Colloco is embedded here. I am very excited for the future of the city. It has learnt its identity in recent years and become more confident in its voice. It is a stable environment for investors and has a lot to offer.”
Having such a broad knowledge base of Sheffield, the company is well-placed to deliver market leading commercial property advice to developers, investors and landlords and to occupiers and businesses with commercial property requirements in both Sheffield and Sheffield City Region.
Colloco specialises in disposal work and has been involved with a number of Sheffield’s high profile projects, including Park Hill – the largest listed building in Europe, Heart of the City – a £130 million major re-development, and Chaucer Yard – a unique collection of listed former Mesters workshops.
Around 70% of Colloco’s business is disposal work and Tim regularly recommends Mason Thomas Law to his clients where commercial conveyancing services are required.
Tim explained: “The team at Mason Thomas Law are very personable and easy to get on with. More importantly, they get things done quickly and efficiently and that’s really important for my clients who need to move swiftly on a property deal.”
