The recognition in the region’s annual legal awards highlights the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence in the legal sector and its reputation as a leader in commercial property law.
The recent shortlisting in the Commercial Property category comes hot on the heels of the firm being named as the Commercial Property Team of the Year at the Sheffield & District Law Society 2024 Legal Awards.

This year, the Yorkshire Legal Awards celebrates its 25th anniversary. Numerous awards entries were received and the judges, who are an independent panel made up of experts from across the Yorkshire legal community, commented on how strong the candidates were.
The winners will be announced on 10 October later this year at an awards ceremony taking place at the First Direct Arena. The event, which is hosted by British criminal barrister and television personality Rob Rinder, will bring together leading firms and professionals in a showcase of achievement and innovation.
